About me - From the Soap Emperor back to me - Chrambl.
I am Alexander Kraml , founder of Chrambl® Sustainable Innovation GmbH .
My journey began over ten years ago with a passion for harmonizing nature and innovation.
I became known in 2015 through my appearance on "Die Höhle der Löwen" (The Lion's Den) – and in 2025 I returned as the first founder in the history of the show, with an idea that rethinks washing.
With the Chrambl® 2-in-1 multi-wash cube, I have developed a product that combines detergent and fabric softener, dissolves over several wash cycles, and thus saves resources, packaging and CO₂.
But Chrambl® is more than a product – it is my answer to the question of how we can be more conscious of what we do every day.
I believe that change begins with ourselves –
and that every wash cycle can be a decision for the future.

Chrambl isn't a brand name born out of nowhere—it's my personal response to the past, to change, and to responsibility. As part of this family line, I carry not only the name but also the vision of combining tradition with innovation—and thus creating something sustainable for future generations.

The name as a promise
For me, Chrambl is not just a brand.
It is the oldest known spelling of my family name Kraml – and a conscious homage to my roots.
The origins date back to 1631, a time when my family was deeply connected to nature, crafts and agriculture.
This story lives on in everything I develop today.
Tradition meets innovation
I believe that true innovation does not emerge from nothing – it needs a foundation.
My decades of experience in product development, my successes – for example on The Lion’s Den – but also personal setbacks have shown me:

It was precisely this thinking that led me to develop the Chrambl® Multi-Wash Cube – a sustainable, practical and completely new way of washing.
