🌱 Why Medium Roast?
At this roast level, the coffee develops a particularly good body without a bitter finish. The medium roast reduces unpleasant bitter notes and brings out the full aroma of the beans.
🔥 Roasting Process
In the blending after roasting process, each single origin is first roasted individually and only then blended. This preserves the individual aromas of the countries of origin better and combines them into a harmonious 3-bean blend.
📦 Packaging
Packaged in a 1kg brown paper bag with hand stamp. The packaging is made of Kraft paper with an aroma valve and foregoes unnecessary aluminum coating. Each pack is carefully processed and gets its own character from the wooden stamp.
